My
little secret
Last November, I had my old house paid
off and I wanted to sell it and use the equity to buy a bigger home. I had been
thinking about it for a long time, but I am a big procrastinator. After I
finally made the decision to go for it, I had a sales contract on my old house
and a purchase contract on my new house within 5 days. By December 6, I
was living in my new home and I closed on my old house
on Dec 23rd. People in my office said – “How did you do it
so fast? – This is amazing!”
Well, I bragged a little, and
told them I was a very smart and shrewd Real Estate investor. What I
didn’t tell them was that I had The Barefoot Realtor
helping me. Don’t tell this to anyone. I want everybody to think I am very

My wife and I made several failed
attempts at finding our dream home using different Realtors with very bad

The prior Realtors kept telling us what we wanted and what we should do and what

We ended up meeting Nicke
by coincidence, and we are so glad we did! We spotted a house online that
seemed perfect for us. However, when we called the agent (not Nicke)
, we were informed that the house was already under contract. Frustrated,
we kept searching until we saw a similar house listed by Nicke,
so we called her about it. She showed us that house and 2 others within 8
hours of our phone call. She even got us in to see the 1st house since the
contract looked like it might fall through. It didn't, so we continued
looking for a house in the Coral Springs area. Nicke
was always available to show houses, sometimes on only a few hours' notice.
Within a few weeks we found an even better house, made an offer (which was
accepted), and set the closing
date. We were then nervous because we hadn't even put our current house on
the market yet!
Not to fear, Nicke
developed a marketing campaign blitz for our house. Over 20 people were
shown our house in the first week! On the 7th day, we received an offer
for the full asking price.
We can definitely say that Nicke
provided us great service and support throughout the whole process. One
thing we particularly liked was her frankness and honesty. Another is the
fact that she has continued to stay in contact after the sale.

When we decided to sell our condominium
in Boca Raton, we phoned Nicke Barefoot
at Century 21. The condominium had been rented out and was in need of extensive work to make it "salable"! Since our home is many miles from Boca, we didn't have a clue where to turn for the needed

and phone numbers of reliable people to do repairs, cleaning
